Trestle Community Management announced today its Suburban Growth Practice Director, Melissa Musser, will moderate a panel at Community Associations Institute 4th Quarter Chapter Luncheon.

Ms. Musser’s panel will discuss “Is TREE a Four Letter Word in Your Association” jointly with Dennis cai-event-picBoyd, Senior Vice President, HUB International NW, Kimberly Taylor, Director of Marketing and Business Development, Arborwell, and Kenneth Strauss, Esq., Flanagan Strauss, PLLC.

Trees most often beautify a community associations’ property and appeal. However, whether on a common area, nature protected area, or on a neighboring property, they can cause property damage, clean-up costs, and legal issues in a number of unexpected circumstances.   The panel will discuss how to plan in advance and handle potential negative situations.
