Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contract for Full Management services with Sierra at Klahanie Condominium Owners Association. The community will join Trestle’s specialized Condominium Practice.

Sierra at Klahanie Condominium Owners Association is a part of the Klahanie neighborhood in Issaquah and is composed of 92 homes. Adjacent to the Mountainview pool and park, residents enjoy access to a play structure, two tennis courts, a basketball and pickleball court, pool and walking trails.
